We are seeking individuals who can identify key issues, trends and process improvement opportunities to ensure compliance with various tax and regulatory filing obligations for i-wireless. This position ensures compliance with tax filings, including necessary communications with the company?s outsourced tax vendors, preparation of tax provision and annual income/franchise tax returns. In addition, this position prepares the annual personal property tax returns, prepares tax entries as necessary and reconciles appropriate financial statement accounts as part of monthly close activities. If you have a Bachelor?s degree in Accounting with 3-5 years of experience in tax, this could be the job for you! We prefer individuals who have a CPA or MBA or the desire to achieve one or both, and wireless telecommunications experience, accounting and monthly close experience are also a plus.Providing affordable, no-contract, nationwide wireless service, i-wireless is a unique service provider amongst its peers.
